Established IITRAM from the very beginning and developed norms for UG, PG and Ph.D programs

First in Gujarat and second in India to implement encrypted question papers via CD

Conducted GCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) online for the first time in the state across 11 cities, 26 centres and almost 2700 terminals in 5 days, three sessions per day in the record project time of almost 45 days in 2009

Completed MBA and MCA admissions online in collaboration with NIC, New Delhi (2009)

Won several awards as Outstanding Institute (West), Best Institute with skill development programs by ABP News, DNA etc.

Won National Award E India 2009 for (ICT enabled university) - GCET 2009

Got nominated for E Governance award by PMO for the same

Executed with ACPC, recruitment drive for Rural Development Department, Government of Gujarat in January, 2011 involving online application forms of 1.5 lac students, online test of 50000 plus students for six different positions in less than 40 days

Implemented E assessment as a pilot project in ME

Established E-Library in 2006 at LDCE and RFID based library at IITRAM

First to bring PG Course in Instrumentation and Control Engineering in Gujarat

Modernization of placement cell at LDCE. Placement increased from 60 per year to almost 300 students per year between 2001 to 2005

Worked as a Coordinator for Technical Education Quality Improvement Program of the World Bank at LDCE (2005 to 2007)
